Review on 🦶 Zamst Ankle Support Brace Stabilizer by Cory Spence

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Tried 5 braces - this is the best 1

I have bought 5 different braces and will give the same rating for each one. I hurt both my ankles playing frisbee. I love this game and will definitely keep playing it. Wearing braces is now a must for me, otherwise I easily twist my ankle in a tight turn or at a stop mid-game. injured his ankle playing sports. An orthosis that only helps to "prevent" injuries is useless, I'm already injured. Here's my list. Best Support & Value #1 lace-up ankle brace with stabilizing straps for flexible support. Product Stop breathable neoprene braces. (Large) Plastic on both sides makes a big difference. I can strap it as tight as I want. The foot remains flexible. I was playing frisbee with full force and had no pain in my injured right ankle. 2. Also better support but expensive Zamst A2-DX Left Ankle Brace Black Large When I read one of the negative reviews on this product that it was too difficult to put on, that was my selling point. A simple bandage to put on cannot provide good support. A good brace will conform to your leg and should not be easy to put on. So I got it, played it at full speed, and most of the time it was very safe. The only thing I didn't like was this material. The boot and straps can stretch, making it very flexible. But it also means there is no hard stop there, it can cause the ankle to twist into a really extreme turn. I think they could improve the design by adding a non-stretchy strap over the stretchy one. But it can make everything unwieldy.3. These 3 bandages have the same design, good basic support, but not suitable for extreme play, nicer appearance, good wear resistance, but I don't like the design of the straps (criss-cross straps should start from the back of the foot) Shock Doctor Ultra Wrap Lace Support Ankle Support (black, large, 9-9.5) The price is ok, but not very sustainable. 7-10 games quickly destroyed him. UPDATE 10/18/2017 After 1 year of heavy use I would rate the Zamst A2-DX as number one for its outstanding durability. #1 Lace-up ankle band with stabilizing strap for flexible support. Product Stop breathable neoprene braces. (large) fell apart after 2-3 months of active use (3-4 games per week). However, Zamst is still in very good condition.
