I have sensitive skin and I react quickly to nickel - it's always itchy immediately and then breaks open after 10 minutes if I don't take the jewelry off. I wore them for about two minutes before the burning started. :/ Not safe for sensitive ears. Also, I tried mixing them with an old pair of Diamonique earrings. Forbidden. They just didn't have the same depth and brilliance. They might be ok if you don't try to mix them with other spikes and don't have sensitivities/allergies, but to me they were a total waste.
