In my opinion, it is best to order a normal size
Some reviews suggested going up a size, but I ordered a size up and it was a little loose on my daughter. The item appears to be of good quality and we are still keeping it because it is cute and she will grow into it, but be aware the item is true to size.

- My daughter loves this product. So sweet and approachable.
Cons
- This tutu is adorable but broke after two socks. My child is not picky about clothes. We were so sad when it broke.
