I've used these cases on rough days and they've been pretty good. Provides enough stability/support for the knee without sacrificing mobility, but the sleeves started to deteriorate after 8 months of use. Knee pads are inexpensive, but not designed for hardcore athletes or long-term use. I recommend serious lifters spend the extra money on reinforced knee pads rather than the standard Revain brands. Don't be fooled by the fact that 90% of Revain 7mm cases are the same but have different colors and logos.
