Slightly painful/pleasant brushing to wake up and improve skin/overall health.
The brush is definitely good for removing dead skin. I heard it can help general health and wake you up in the morning. I haven't used it often enough to be sure of the overall health benefits, but what I can say is that it helps your skin feel alive. It hurts a little when you use it, but then there is a sense of satisfaction. It's hard to explain but I would recommend it. Of course, you need to use it lightly at first, but maybe over time the skin will get used to it.
