Review on Appian by Eric Pruett

There are so many things that I like about Appian. One is the ease of use. It's very intuitive. Another is the ability to customize the app to fit your needs. You can go in and make changes directly on the page without having to create an entirely new version of it. Sometimes I wish there was a little more flexibility with the layout of some pages. But other than that, everything I've needed has been met. I used to work for a company that had a custom built CRM system and we were looking to migrate to a cloud-based system. We looked at multiple platforms but decided to try out Appian because it seemed to be best suited for our needs.
