This product shocked me a little. Of course, I expected that the cat would stop poking around at this point once double-sided adhesive tape was put on the furniture. because it's sticky. What SURPRISED me was that I only bothered to apply it to ONE OF THE SEVEN chairs my cat scratched DAILY. However, it has stopped scratching ALL the chairs since the day I put sticky sheets on a chair. That's great! I waited to write a review just in case it was an accident or the cat's disgust was short-lived. That's 3 weeks in a row now! Absolutely ZERO scratches on all furniture! Put only two parts of this product on a chair. didn't even use the whole sheet. So I can only recommend it! I wish I had tried this a long time ago, before the furniture started cracking! I'm showing before and after pictures so you can see what it looks like. (If I can figure out how to download them. I don't know how to add them to this review yet.) I would say from my experience that you might not need to worry about how it looks as they do apply only temporarily. because it teaches your cat to stop scratching furniture!
