My 1 year old wears a size 5 on Nike & Vans and they fit perfectly so I bought a size 6 from Converse thinking he could grow in them. They are huge. I had to go back and buy a size 5 from Converse and they are still a bit large. Otherwise they are perfect. Super sweet!
