Amazing taste (salted caramel in a glass). I love pate and I love caramel - I always prefer the flavors, but this combination is just unsettling. Very glad I tried it. You can't imagine a better taste than this. Even more impressive is that while it's not an isolate, it still has whey isolate as the first ingredient, so it's low in fat and contains lactase digestive enzymes, so I've never had any trouble digesting this (I'm lactose intolerant) while I usually have some problems with other protein non-isolates.
