Good and bad best in my review

So I bought these shoes for walking into work, lots of concrete. They are light weight, pretty comfortable BUT they are almost worn out. So if they wear this bad walking I'd hate to see what happens if you ran in them.

Light and Breathable:The ultra lightweight knitted upper and breathable mesh sport shoes, make feet more healthy, not smelly, not stuffy, very refreshing.
