The ability to have an internal chat application that can connect with many of our clients in different time zones without having them wait around until we are all online, or even worse when they need some urgent help during business hours! There's nothing I dislike about this software so far but it could improve its design by implementing new features like scheduling appointments as well - maybe not right away though because you don't want to lose your existing customers over something minor, do what makes sense from their perspective (if there will be any downsides).
We use bayzat internally at my current job, allowing us to communicate amongst each other quickly and easily. It has allowed me personally to save tons of wasted time waiting for phone calls/emails while still being able to respond back at anytime of day if needed. As previously stated, I really love how fast & easy communication was made between users within the same location using just one platform.
