The way you can link approvals to other applications makes it easy for us as we are able use this tool across our organization, instead of doing multiple manual steps separately! It also has some really nice features that help with business process automation like generating workflow emails after an approver is selected or creating workflows when approving changes in one application leads directly back out onto another system/application (eg CRM). I wish there were more user friendly UI controls within My Approvals so they could be used by non technical users without having them go down 3 levels deep only find what's needed - sometimes very difficult if not impossible due lack off customization options from their side!! Our team uses SPApp which integrates almost all areas where required including EPM & PXA360 apps along wtih many others via customizations made through APIs!
