Because of this, it is the most convenient for travel and office work. After wearing the device around your neck, you press the power button and you can feel how the metal neck pads begin to heat up. There is a remote control for adjusting settings and intensity. I really like the vibration setting because I find it the most relaxing, so I can tolerate a slightly higher intensity for this one. I think these make great gifts so I bought another one for Christmas for my stepmom who travels a lot for work.
