Both devices appear to charge BUT one of the locks turns on. Please return the set. Update 07/31/2021 Received a replacement, both work. A very short USB cable is included. It doesn't have an AC USB port to charge devices individually. Zapper has an AUTO function. I have not found any information in the literature that came with the product. The AUTO function always keeps the zapper on. I have found that the buttons get HOT because they are on (AUTO) all the time. I'm not sure if there's any danger of them getting HOT! There is no UL listing on the product. This indicates that they have not been tested by UL (Underwriters Laboratory) to determine if devices may fail if left in the AUTO position for an extended period of time.
