This software gives you great customer support system as well which helps your business grow faster. I would say there isn't much that i don't love about it. If you want something simple yet powerful then go ahead! Its good if you're looking out for lead management system but be prepared for some technical knowledge required when setting up things. Our sales teams are very happy using their time better by keeping track of data in one place rather than having different systems to keep track of all these data.
