Good value for money - electric
Easy enough to install (except for crawling in a hot attic!). A great way to replace expensive and short-lived fluorescent lighting with regular incandescent or LED bulbs.
- No ballast required. It is 100% that the PL-C light includes ballast. Disassemble the ballast before installing the LED lamp, otherwise the ballast will produce a resonant high voltage that will destroy the light. Feedback like burnt, smell, hot, click, all result in the ballast being bypassed incorrectly.
- It was possible to choose a newer model.
