I'm new to cupping, I've been reading and watching videos about it for about 2 years, I have 2 other sets (fewer cups) and wanted to add to the collection. This zen set has everything I needed - 2 large cups and 4 small ones, I really like this material. The silicone is durable, but you can still squeeze it with one hand for good suction. Seems to be great quality, of the 2 kits I have one seems cheap, it still works but looks more like plastic than silicone which can't be said about these. For Beginners: After purchasing the cups, you can download the cupping guide from the retailer's website; lots of good tips. I use cupping mainly for muscle tension and relaxation in general, good sleep afterwards - I make my own oil blend and massage the area, then I usually place a couple of cups on one side of my back while massaging/shifting the cup to the other side, then switch.
