Works very well, best in massage sticks
This is a well designed massage roller. It's easy to use, rolls well and does what it's supposed to do. They are good for muscle pain as they help remove excess lactic acid from muscle tissue. I've been using them for years after a tough tennis match to prevent leg cramps and soothe sore muscles the next day. This latch should last for years unless your dog finds it and gnaws off all the plastic/rubber bits like my last one did.
