I like its simplicity to implement new features without many coding steps required by other platforms such as Atlassian Jira or Microsoft Office 365 which can be very complex when you need changes quickly from your users' perspective - even minor ones! Sometimes it takes time until we see all updates reflected into our user interface but this is not always an issue since they do roll out fixes pretty fast after some issues were reported via their support portal/email address (which seems quite responsive). The team at Maximil worked closely with us during each stage including development phase so there was no communication gap between both teams once everything went live.
