Reading the reviews I decided to order a larger one because it runs small and I hate being too tight and uncomfortable but the large one is too big for me. I'm 5'6 and 150 lbs. The bottom is also difficult for me to attach. But the material itself is very good. Would be flattering if the size fits! So you can go back and see how the medium works. It's also about nothing. My ass looks like I'm wearing a high waist swimsuit. Ps ignore my cellulite! Mine will never look like the butt in the picture in the order which only shows the size of the back.
