I like that it’s easy to use, has great customer service if you have questions/concerns, and is very affordable for small businesses.

It doesn't automatically send out notifications when something happens (as some other services do). You must manually check your account often in order to see what's going on with your data. If you are looking for a simple way to keep track of who accesses your business information online then this may be perfect for you! We've been able to get alerts whenever someone attempts to log into our social media accounts, email addresses, etc., which helps us quickly identify any potential threats before they become problems.
