ribbon not a strap for my opinion
It's decent for the price -- just be aware that the halter is a cheap gosgrain ribbon, and not an actual strap. This makes it a little bit awkward, and the cut is odd on the sides if you try to wear it without the halter. But hard to beat the price. Not for actual waist training or a piece that I'd want to put through heavy wear, but it's decent for what it is. It *can* be difficult to latch the front by myself, so just be aware.
