They're relatively expensive, but seem to work. I'm tired of weevils popping up in my flour, cornmeal, etc. Looks like they're going to fix this problem. They're too big to fit in my cupboards, so they're on the countertop. Not fancy like some canisters, but attractive enough - and if they keep critters out of my stuff, I'm fine with that. Later - Christmas Eve 2016. So I had a few weeks to use them and I liked them so much. a lot of. The large holds about a 5lb bag of flour with room, the same goes for the next size and a 4lb bag of sugar. Best of all, the top opening is large enough for you to reach out with your measuring cup and scoop out whatever you need. I really appreciated this during Christmas baking - (you no longer have to use 1/3 measure to scoop out 3 cups of flour like you should with smaller canisters). And a month later no weevils. Wow! yes they are expensive But I think they are worth it. (By the way, instructions for cleaning the seal are included. Don't lose it!)
