I have trouble sleeping and I bought sleeping pills which solved some of my problems. This is a large chock for sitting/lying down and a companion chock that can be placed under the knees. It's like a hospital bed that can be rotated to a comfortable position. The problem I had was answering the bell which was on the bedside table which happened to be next to but behind me. This new table has wheels, so I roll it out at night and set it up for easy access to my phones and alarm clock. In the morning I lean it against the wall. I'm so glad I discovered this.
