After trying this product, I was left thoroughly unimpressed. While the compression sleeves did provide some protection, they were far from comfortable to wear during any type of physical activity. The sizing was also off, leaving me with sleeves that were too loose in some areas and too tight in others. The only upside was the affordable price, but that's not worth the discomfort and lack of effectiveness. Overall, I would not recommend these for anyone serious about outdoor recreation.
