Review on 🌧️ Waterproof Long Hooded Safety Rain Jacket for Men - Emergency Raincoat Poncho by Richard Cunningham

I bought this raincoat to wear over thick sweatshirts and/or winter coats when working outside, grooming horses or shoveling snow. My first chance to try it was during a snow storm when I was digging with a shovel. I was very disappointed when I went back inside and took off my raincoat to find my coat was wet all over the upper back, sleeves and hood. It didn't soak through the rest of my clothes, but it didn't dry me out either. One can only imagine it would rain instead of light downy snow! I do not recommend this coat for rain or snow if you want to stay dry.
