Reliable protection for your money. Ideal for AKG Lyra studio microphone.
This case is perfect for my AKG Lyra studio microphone. The case comes with a nice thick foam insert but I don't need it as the mic doesn't move at all with the lid closed and the open space is great for extra cables etc (there's also a thin piece of foam under the pick, which worked great for leaving in the suitcase.) The suitcase is strong enough that I think I could drive my car over it without damaging the contents. Excellent value for money and quality. I used my Brother P-Touch to create a label for it so you don't see the manufacturer's logo on it. The body has a pressure relief valve, which is essential when traveling by air. Highly recommended.
