The quality of this product is absolute rubbish! Literally! I could make them myself from used pallets for 1/10th the price and make them way better. I was hoping I wouldn't have to assemble them so they were simple and strong. The exact opposite is the case. Due to the fact that these parts are cardboard they are still flexible and assembling with a dowel configuration if not perfectly aligned allows for easy dowel insertion and is useless. After assembling two of these, I tried putting in some 12" vinyl records to see how strong they were. Weighing less than 13 pounds, the bottom fell off the box immediately when I tried to pick it up. This was after the glue had set overnight. The fit and finish is exactly what it is, it's card stock! None of the seams fit perfectly, everything looks like garbage. I think if you try to make boxes from recycled cardboard you will end up with a box made from recycled cardboard with a nice laminated finish.
