I bought it for my Nissan Cube. This car has a good tilt to the back of the driver's seat and cannot be adjusted. Before pregnancy it was comfortable. I have a partial coccyx dislocation from birth and the angle of this seat is killing my tailbone. I've tried stuffing towels and other things in the dip to no avail. While this pillow helps. It's still not as comfortable as in a car with reclining seats, but better. The only thing I would like to change is to make it a bit bigger so that it fits my seat perfectly. As you can see from the photos, it is only a few centimeters. I'm 5ft 6in, 200lbs and my hips hang off the sides of the pillow. The hardness is just right for me - not too soft to get in the way, but not too hard to be uncomfortable. I'm not sure how it will hold up over time. If I'm not wrong I'll try to get back to you with an update in a few weeks. It's better than trying to use a towel or whatever to fill that hole in the backrest. I really wish it was 1 inch bigger all the way around. It seems to be holding its shape and is still worth the money.
