The team of experts who worked with us to design our solution was very receptive and responsive throughout all stages from requirement gathering through implementation & support services post go live. They were always available for advice or questions which meant we could make informed decisions at every stage along way without any issues! Not much so far - just an issue getting some reports up after initial roll out but this has been resolved now I believe they have addressed it internally as well by providing more training resources etc. We're using APM's CPO toolkit platform called PEPO. It provides excellent reporting capabilities including dashboards across multiple KPIs via customised views within your organisation allowing you to drill down into metrics where required.
