Let's face it, there aren't any "comfortable" knee pads on the market, but I like them. They are very comfortable on the knees and I try to protect that! I got them mainly because a lot of the reviews said they don't move much no matter how much you move. I've been constantly adjusting the pair I had before. The views were about 90% accurate, they move but not much and you have to keep pacing to keep them moving. Overall I give this 4 out of 5 points. Oh, and make sure you put the pads on your right knee, if you don't you'll find out pretty quickly as the velcro will get stuck between your legs! Make sure the straps are facing outwards!
