IT'S LEGGINGS - my new review
They're more like brown velvety flared skinny leggings. They are an unpleasant color and do not look like the photos at all. supppperrrrr thin, you can see through them when you hold them in your hand. If you want flared leggings, this is for you. but definitely not what I expected.
