Two things bothered me. I wasn't aware that the whole device was supported by one large clamp, I was under the impression that it had a freestanding base. Therefore, you need to adjust how the device attaches to something and not just mount it on a countertop or table. When I secured the unit to the table, the combination of screws and bolts on the inside of the clamp scratched the paint and left a mark. The second disappointment is that the phone holder is not strong enough to hold my phone. I'm still trying to figure out how to get this feature to work.
