I like that they have multiple channels to reach out to customers, with their website being one of them. They are also very helpful about scheduling interviews and connecting me with hiring managers when needed. Some functions within the platform can be difficult to navigate for less tech-savvy people (i.e. calendar). It is important to check that you're working from an updated version of the software as there were some changes made recently which may require updating your profile or other things. We use Remotive to interview candidates remotely before making offers. This has allowed us to eliminate travel costs & time.
