What can I say . this is a perfect rope attachment. It's great for triceps pulldowns, face pulls, pull throughs, and a number of other exercises. It's very well made and functions perfectly. Honestly, I've never come across a bad rope pulldown attachment. They're pretty easy to make and are all manufactured based on the same general plan. So if you've used one, you used them all. But this was a good grab for me because my current rope is the 22" and this one is a 28" so I get a little bit of variation. If you need a rope attachment I can definitely recommend this Seleware brand, especially at such a great price.
