Update: I love the product for how it works, how it looks and how shiny it is. After about 6 months it stopped working and I was disappointed. Before throwing it away I decided to take it apart and see what could go wrong. It's an easy assembly, just take one part and reassemble. It turned out that the battery positive lead was completely covered with a white coating (apparently the battery had leaked) and contact was impossible. I just cleaned it and it works like new. On the other hand, the switch is pretty flimsy, I was expecting a better design but should probably consider the price. The product arrived the next day as promised, safe and sound. Batteries were not included. After putting them on and using the trimmer, I really liked it. It is comfortable, easily penetrates the cavity and cuts hair easily. The light helps look inward for a better finish. It's easy to clean and looks great. I have had 3 trimmers before and this one is much better, I would highly recommend this item to anyone. However, the instructions came for a different device.
