I deliver for app service and this bag saved my life. Of course I look like an A when I take my bag to Dunkin' Donuts and put coffee in there. I'm the envy of other couriers who mess around with cardboard carriers. I can honestly say I have NEVER spilled a drink while using this. High drinks up to child size, no problem. You just have to make sure the lids are secure once installed as they can pop out if you sink them into their snug little spots. I put in milkshakes and smoothies for a 25 minute delivery and they were still frozen when the customer got them, even with the car heater on. Love the feature that allows you to take out a set of drink dividers. . I put drinks on one side and there is room for hot drinks on the other side of the bag. Hot food stays hot and cold drinks stay cold and icy around the neighborhood. I use this bag for almost every order I receive. I take it right at the restaurant, put the food there immediately and it stays until I put it at the customer's door. I've had this bag for about 300 deliveries and the lining on one of the baffles has fallen apart but that's okay, I use this thing the heck. It even has grippy feet so it won't slip if you put it on the car seat or the floor while driving. I don't change the size of the velcro cups very often, they go with everything big and small. I've put Chick Fila milkshakes in here that don't cover the hole in the top of the cup when whipped cream is sticking out (which I find VERY unsanitary) and put them in a bag and they cover everything. I sanitize and clean my bag when I place orders for the night and it's ready the next day!
