I gave 2 stars for the softness because it dries my hair (African grade). But it smells nice, and as a licensed esthetician, I can say the tingling helped loosen the scalp for massaging while shampooing. (Massage keeps blood flowing to reduce unnatural hair loss.) I also used an appropriate conditioner. Which also gave a very good tingling sensation. Well, for those with naturally dry hair, don't run away from this product. Buy a good conditioning hair mask and apply it before the appropriate conditioner or at your convenience. I do earlier to moisturize easier. When you leave the house, add a little moisturizer to your creams. One of my favorites is As I Am Buttercream. For ethnic hair types I would not use this product every day due to the drying effect. I would love to see manufacturers develop a product that also moisturizes ethnic hair, or even develop a mask for dry hair. Even for Caucasian hair, I'd put a light pea-sized oil in your palm when you're done, rub vigorously in your palm and sweep all over your hair so the bow ties don't look like 80's perms. Overall I gave it 4 stars because of the drying effect it gives (i.e. for every hair type), but for a European the conditioner should give 5 Syar effect. Would I buy again? Until now yes. I always do a repeat exam after a few months. I think this product is good for youtube channel review, so I can do it there too. Verification will be whether this product really works? While an honest review, after a wash I will buy again.
