I have used several different "copper" mugs and this is an improvement over most other mugs with a simple design. The thumb rest on the top of the grip is a very nice touch. Pure copper seems to be important, otherwise it's just decorations on a metal mug. Taste Test: This requires a delicate drip tray, but you may find an improved taste difference between a copper-coated metal mug.
