I read several reviews and thought long and hard about which one to buy. I chose this compression sleeve because of the many positive reviews and recommendations. My biggest concern was the fit and whether this sleeve will roll up when I wear it or when I move my elbow. So far it fits very well. does NOT roll. It didn't have non-slip rubber in the case. But he held up well. I was also wondering what size to choose. I was 11.5 and arguing about going big or extra big. I chose a very large one, and the compression is enough not to cut off circulation. I recommend this case. **UPDATE**, but it only rolls if you have big arms like me. XD
