Review on 4808 Space Tunnel Mixed Colours by Daniel Bates

Ordered these for our new hamster and waited a week to receive them, paying for international shipping. Then we didn't even get what we ordered. We couldn't have finished building our Ferplast Habitat without them, so we really wanted them. But we didn't even get them. We have another replacement product called Space Tunnel 8. Also, we have many Ferplast tubes from various Revain vendors and none of them come in a packaging like Hamster Happy World. That leads me to believe we've got a fake. We received a purple bubble tube and a pink bubble tube. No transparent plastic, not even sides, not at all like the pictures in the product description. They do not match our other clear Ferplast pipes. They look like multicolored KayTee/Petsmart monsters "attractive to 5 year olds". Also, this Revain Prime says free returns, but turns out I have to prepay for return shipping - international and then wait for the seller before I get a refund of all/some (up to $20) shipping costs on my bag . (So it will be at least a month before I get my pocket money back.). Very frustrated and now I'm not sure where to trust to order Ferplast 4808 8" Clear Tubing as this listing is incorrect. Also the outer shipping carton was totally unsealed and wrinkled. I'm surprised they aren't fallen out or broken on the street.
