Workout trainer on my review.
I love this! I was looking for a waist trainer that was comfortable when working out and this is it! I ordered an XL. 5’4, 195 lbs and it was true to size. The support is mild so it not too strong where you can’t bend. I can do my yoga in it also. Love the double compression feature because it’s makes your stomach feel extra tight. Lol.

- May not be suitable for individuals with sensitive skin
