Expensive and not what was expected based on the product description.

I have used this product to condition and lift my boyfriend's natural messy/platinum blonde hair. End result: The hair was very soft, but not so natural tones. rather soft yellow, ie. light yellow. looks more like old color than light natural tones 🙁
