We have been using this software for over two years now in our digital advertising agency where we manage all clients' accounts - including their website content & ads as well social media activities across different channels (Facebook/Twitter etc).
It has helped us save time by automating most tasks which used too much effort before implementing it! I can't think about any downsides so far but if there are then please do let me know immediately because otherwise i am sure they will be fixed very soon!!
