Go to the bottom to read this review. I ordered this product a few months ago after my original Dell charger broke. I have a Dell XPS 15 9550 and I bought it in 2016. The original Dell charger lasted almost 4 years before the cable broke. So when I read "Genuine Dell Charger" I assumed that it would match its predecessor, my former charger, and last more than a few months. It didn't work and broke about 6 months after purchase. It was working fine until recently, but then I noticed that the indicator on the cable wasn't lighting up. So I checked the charger and found the charger incredibly hot, so hot I couldn't hold it for more than a second. I unplugged it immediately and tested several times with the same result. Conclusion: Do not buy the product, it will only work well for a few months. It comes from a man who is careful with his technique. So if you expect this to continue, think differently.
