Since I like the bracelet, I went for the replacement option. The bracelet arrived today in perfect condition! The bracelet is beautiful, no defects. A++ and great that they took the initiative to solve the problems! The original strap is beautiful and works for my purpose. It can be adjusted to the size I need (7 years old). The reason for the 3 stars is the fact that the bracelet was tarnished and discolored in some places. Considering this is for a 7 year old who will most likely lose it I wasn't overly concerned about sending it back. It will serve to give to her during my vows to my future husband.
