Good customer support

Came a little too flat for my liking. I reached out and they fixed my concern right away by sending more stuffing, so good customer support. So far it feels like I got my money's worth.

It''s comfortable at night and during the day I fold it in half and use it as back support to sit up, which I think I like it better for sitting than sleeping (a nice surprise). Honestly my husband hates the divide it makes in bed and is ready for the pillow to be gone, but I kind of want to keep it forever.
