There are a few things to note that may not be obvious

3 stars. I'm sure this product will meet the needs of others, but it just doesn't work for me. I bought two strips to circumvent the standard rectangular mirror on the outside that you can find at your local store like Target or Walmart. Brightness: This is a nice bright white light that progressively dims as you press the touch control button. Note, however, that there is no way to easily dim the light to your liking. So the light is on or not. Also remember that the lights are on the thinner side of the strip. The lights don't go on the flat side of the trail. Note, however, that the luminous part of the strip is smaller compared to the flat side. Adhesion: Never mount a light on it, therefore no statement can be made about the adhesive strength of the product (please note that you have to attach the supplied double-sided adhesive tape to the light bar yourself). It's worth noting, however, that since the lights themselves run along the thin side of the light bar, this probably works best for mirrors with frames that add depth to the mirror (i.e. a mirror with an overall flat frame may not work as well with one Mirror). these lights). Because the adhesive strip runs along the flat side of the strip, depth mirrors work best with these lights. Connectivity: I might have missed something pretty obvious, but I feel like this list is misleading because it looks like I can connect two light strips together. I saw in "asked questions" that connecting two lanes should be "easy". Well I couldn't understand it. You are given fairly basic instructions with no mention of joining two strips together into one long continuous strip. One end of the strip has a dimmer and the other end has a plastic plug that seems to stay put due to the large amount of liquid glue on the end. In order not to break it, I left the cap and just decided to return both light strips. Overall: I have no doubt that this product has worked well for others. However, the product may be more explicit as to whether you can splice multiple strips together and (if possible) provide detailed instructions on how to do so.
