The term "quilt" is misleading, but this product works beautifully when used properly. ***** The best way to use the Instant Thermal Blanket is to place the product (fluffy side up) under or over your bed sheet. Your sofa or favorite chair. Then sit or lie on the TOP of the product, covered with a blanket/blanket to retain body heat reflected from the product. (Remember that as heat rises, this product works best when underneath you.) I'm 5ft 5" tall and like to place this product under the bottom sheet of my bed so that the top is covered when I lie down wrinkles. with my shoulders making it long enough to keep my feet warm.
