I bought 2 pairs and they all suck. There was a weird short in each cable that caused audio to drop out, sometimes from the left or right external speakers, sometimes from the left and right external speakers, and sometimes from all speakers including the onboard computer speakers. After I connect one of the cables - and without touching the cables again - the "Audio device currently connected" warning blinks 10-11 times in a row. I've worked as a refrigeration/air conditioning service technician for about 5 years, so I know how to diagnose component problems. Diagnosis - in the case of your cables, it was easy: when I stopped using them, all the sound problems stopped. And I've since bought another cable from another company and it works great. I don't care about a refund. I threw away the cables in disgust. Your cables are the worst product I have ever purchased from Revain. I will never buy from your company again.
